1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 555cx platform (accessible at https://555cx.pro and any related subdomains, applications, or services), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 555cx Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on this platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 555cx.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 555cx platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 555cx platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of your account's existence:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 555cx does not permit gaming or betting by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
- You must be registering and acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by 555cx or any third-party responsible gaming body to which 555cx subscribes.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
- You must not reside in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
555cx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Pending satisfactory age verification, 555cx may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. Where a player is found to have been under the age of 21 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately, all wagers voided, and any funds retained subject to applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security
To access the real-money services offered by 555cx, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to your 555cx account at all times:
- Single Account Rule: Each person may hold only one 555cx account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 555cx is not responsible for losses arising from outdated account information, including incorrect withdrawal details.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. 555cx will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you.
- Compromised Accounts: If you suspect unauthorised access to your 555cx account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. 555cx will take prompt action to secure your account upon notification, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
- Verification (KYC): 555cx is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
555cx accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds, winnings, deposits, or bonuses associated with your account to any third party.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 555cx platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:
- Accepted Methods: 555cx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
- Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 555cx PKR wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited subject to standard interbank clearing timelines.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. Approved withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers follow standard clearing windows. 555cx does not charge fees on withdrawals on its end; your bank or wallet provider may impose their own charges.
- Funding Source: All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 555cx reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified sources.
- Currency: All wagers, winnings, bonuses, and balances are in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
Anti-Money Laundering: 555cx complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on 555cx. Product-specific rules (cricket betting, live casino, slots, poker) are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.
- Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to 555cx's current odds and are final once confirmed. 555cx reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or bets that exceed applicable risk limits.
- Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time you submit a bet are the odds applied to your stake. If odds change between submission and confirmation, the system will notify you of the updated odds prior to confirmation.
- In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 555cx does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability for any fixture. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
- Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by 555cx where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result cannot be determined. Voids also apply to clear pricing errors and to bets accepted in manifest error. Voided stakes are returned to your 555cx wallet.
- Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings limits apply and are displayed within the betting interface. 555cx reserves the right to limit payouts in line with applicable risk management policies.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, you must raise the matter with 555cx support within 30 days of the relevant event result. The decision of 555cx on all bet settlement matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Section 12.
6. Bonus & Promotional Terms
555cx offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all 555cx bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 555cx reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to players who have opted out of marketing communications where such opt-out is a condition of the promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless specifically stated otherwise, wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period, which commences from the time the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived solely from expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. 7. Responsible Gaming
555cx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards. The following tools and policies are in place to support all 555cx players:
- Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
- Session Reminders: You may configure session time reminders that will notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

8. Prohibited Conduct

- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
- Using the platform while under the age of 21 or knowingly assisting a minor to access the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage not available to regular users.
- Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to place wagers at incorrect odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in match-fixing, corruption of sporting events, or any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence in any jurisdiction.
- Attempting to launder money or engage in any other financial crime through the 555cx platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 555cx staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise misappropriate any 555cx technology, software, or content.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in table games, poker, or any other multiplayer gaming product offered by 555cx.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 555cx platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, artwork, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, data compilations, and odds — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555cx or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555cx platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the 555cx platform without express written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated or manual means for commercial purposes.
- Create derivative works based on any 555cx content or technology.
- Use any 555cx trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 555cx.
Any breach of the above intellectual property terms will constitute a material breach of this agreement and may result in legal action in addition to immediate account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555cx, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, winnings, or gaming opportunities arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof.
The 555cx platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own device.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 555cx's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
555cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
- Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or corruption of sporting events.
- Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure.
- Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance that have been dormant for 12 consecutive months).
You may close your 555cx account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements and completion of applicable verification checks.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 555cx reserves the right to retain any balance in the account, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 555cx holds its operating licence. By registering on the platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
In the event of a dispute between you and 555cx, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through our support channels. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, 555cx will cooperate with any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process prescribed by our licensing authority. Any formal legal proceedings must be commenced within 12 months of the date on which the cause of action arose.
Player Complaints: To raise a formal complaint, contact 555cx support via live chat and request escalation to the complaints team. We aim to provide a substantive response to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
13. Amendments to These Terms
555cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 555cx will provide notice to registered players via the platform, by email, or by a prominent notice on the homepage, no fewer than 7 days prior to the change taking effect.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by applicable law with immediate effect) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the 555cx platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
